We were around a lot of people the past few days... and I told Amanda to go talk to Ms. Rebekah or sit with Ms. Meredith or ask Ms. Jessica.
So on her own, she's figured out that an adult woman needs a Ms. in front of their name. So now I am Miss Mommy.

That's funny. My kids were calling my sister "Ms. Erin" today, or Aunt Erin. She thought it was funny. I'm glad that we've picked up some better Texas manners than the California ones were every adult was called by their first name.
And then there was the phase my kids went through where they called me and Will by our first names. I think because they heard us calling each other by those names.
I think that's great, her skills of deduction are really astute.
When I started teaching the third grade Sunday school class, my nephew Benjamin, started calling me Ms. Rebekah, because everyone else in the class did. But he has continued doing it even now that I'm not teaching his class. I look at him and say, "Benjamin, I'm your Aunt!" He just grins.
